Warranty
New machines
All Powertrac supplied machines carry a comprehensive 1-year warranty
covering powertrain, and hydraulics and labour repairs. A further 2-year
warranty covers all power train and hydraulic components.
Service
The first service inclusive of oil charge and replacement filters will
be provided free of charge after 200 hours of operation. Subsequent services
will be charged at the standard rate or by arrangement and agreement with
your service engineer. If you wish to use your own service engineer you
will need a letter of appointment in order to protect your warranty.
Parts
All parts are available within 5 working days subject to order confirmation.
In the event of damaged parts under warranty we require return of the
same part.
